When Bill Vogel formed Third Coast in 2005, he had one simple mission in mind: to provide excellent personal and professional real estate representation for corporations, non-profits, retailers, manufacturers and small businesses. Although we began by focusing solely on capital markets (debt, equity & sale-leaseback financing), our clients were soon asking us to help them with real estate strategy, site selection and tenant representation.

 

Over the last decade we have been fortunate enough to serve some of the biggest companies in Michigan and work on some of the most amazing assignments we could have ever envisioned. More importantly, we’ve worked for some awesome people — people who have gone on to sing our praises and introduce us to other awesome people who need our services.

 

We are based in metro Detroit and call southeast Michigan our home. While most of our work happens in Michigan’s lower peninsula, we’ve built an incredible network of broker partners around the country, which lets us serve our clients anywhere in the United States.
